Far away 500 meters from Rudiae gate, one of the streets of nightlife, we'll welcome you at "A casa delle Salentine" to refresh you with typical appetizers made with: Apulian burrata (a stuffed mozzarella cheese), Friselline dressed with local extravirgin oil, tomatos, olives and vegetable rocket. 
Typical Salento fresh cheese, small ricotta cheese and a vegetables' fantasy cooked according to our grandmothers' handmade skills.
The main course will be made with a delicious tomato sauce adding swordfish and prawns, perfect match with a large macaroni.
Pineapple and season fresh fruit in good looks with typical homemade dessert will be frame to our table...Have a good dinner... and good mood with rosé wine.
