Welcome to the Eatwith Test Kitchen!
We’re so excited to finally be bringing you our series of Eatwith Originals: brand new supper clubs with some of our top chefs from across London, based on a theme decided by YOU - the Eatwith community!
Over the next couple of months four of our top London chefs will be creating menus inspired by their ‘childhood summer memories’, each letting their creativity run wild to bring you a supper club like no other - hosted at Great Guns Social, a hip, vibrant venue in the heart of Borough.
Next up is Chef Bita. She is taking you on a culinary journey to IRAN, where she spent her childhood years.

Growing up in Iran, where every single meal is a feast and gatherings are based around vibrant and plentiful dishes, Bita fell in love with the art of Persian food which was nurtured, with age old recipe passed down through the generations; and the warm art of being present at every meal, not starting until every person was seated, and not leaving until everyone was finished. Hear stories behind her dishes, while beautiful Persian music sings in the background, and you feel the warmth of Persian hospitality hugging you throughout the evening.

Welcome cocktail/mocktail with Persian musk willow, home made mint syrup, chia seeds and vodka
Persian frittata made with fresh herbs, free range eggs, barberries and walnut served with wild-garlic sauce and volcanic black salt
Lavash bread wrap filled with grilled aubergine, caramelised onions, roasted nuts, aromatic herbs and whey sauce
Pan-kabab made with succulent minced lamb and beef and sumac served with long grain Persian saffron rice and sautéed barberries - vegetarian option available
Chocolate and blueberry roll
Cardamon tea served with home made almond Petit Fours
