I was born in a small town close to Porto. 

I started cooking when I was 12 years old with my mother and everyone that was willing to teach me.

Throughout my life I've experienced travelling all over the world. I've lived abroad, in Italy and Japan, where I've fallen in love with food and learned a lot about different textures and flavours. 

Being portuguese, the food means adopting the variety and acccepting the gifts that nature gives you. We respect even the most simple ingredient. 

My proposal is to travel through a wine and food pairing experience. 

My food will be based in traditional recipes that I completly modify to what I wish somebody would cook for me, or something completely new. Sometimes I dream about food and experiences and later I make it happen. This is what I wish to share: a bit of my dream.

My aim is tho give you portuguese cuisine with a twist, embarquing on an experience and amazing conversation about life. 

As I always say: "When life gives you lemons ... make vodka lemon."
