Savor 317 is kicking off its return and 3rd anniversary August 21st, 2022 with a double chef feature! 

Volume #1 is a 7 course culinary journey crafted and executed by chefs Oya Woodruff & Tawana Gulley. In partnership with the Indiana Cannabinoid Alliance, IndyCBDPlus, & Ocho Select, the infused menu includes a medley of seasonal produce, fresh ingredients, a crafted cocktail and wine pairing to compliment the experience.

If alternative options are available, they will be listed on the menu, otherwise consider each dish "as is" and dine at your own risk. Savor 317 approaches fine dining cuisine by highlighting chefs and their creative cooking aesthetics in a unique, in-depth educational showcase.

Delicious sweet juicy watermelon, tomatoes, red peppers, jalapeños, shallots, roasted beets and fresh herbs make this cold soup a wonderful palette refresher.

COURSE 2: NORTH AFRICA MEETS SPAIN


Succulent smoked orange duck breast stuffed with wood-ear mushrooms, spinach, whipped feta, served with a luscious reduction of sweet’n tart cherries and black peppercorns.
