Economist and chef by profession, with experience in gastronomic teaching, I am doing research on Colombian and Amazonian products according to gastronomic and socio-cultural influences, committed to the conservation of traditional knowledge respecting the ancient indigenous traditions, in the field of pedagogy, I have been a teacher in different universities and cooking schools in Colombia, for more than 15 years of experience in the gastronomy sector. Self-taught and student in cooking, I have been an ambassador of Colombian cuisine in the world, within the framework of the plan to promote Colombia abroad, I have worked for more than 5 years with the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to exhibit, show and promote our great culinary wealth in different countries, such as ExpoDubai, culinary events in Finland, Vietnam, Ecuador, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Guatemala, the United States, etc.
