Juan will cook up a tasty plant-based barbecue - his version of the traditional Argentinian ¨asado¨. Though this meal is perfect for both vegans and non-vegans. You'll eat on his lovely terrace with a fantastic view of Madrid. 

For starters he will serve some plant-based versions of Spanish tapas: Galician octopus, caviar and cured ham. Then comes his top vegan menu which includes ¨meaty¨ plant-based homemade dishes. 

Each dish will be paired with a different wine from Spain and each one will be recommended and explained by a professional sommelier. You'll also be welcome to craft beer and vegan cocktails.
