Traditional Portuguese Food Reinvented For Vegetarians

Experience a traditional Portuguese lunch in a local "Ambience". We are located in the heart of Lisbon, a multicultural area. Our experience takes place in a private room of a hotel, with a long table of 10 seats where everyone shares an exquisite Portuguese tasting and learns its culture and history.


Our gastronomic tasting will pass through some regions of Portugal, offering a typical dish and its history
We are using only local, preferably biological product, as vegetables and fruits from small farmers. 
All food options are also available for vegetarians and vegans; gluten free options are possible as well.
We are a family and want to welcome you as one of us.

My name is Mateus and my heart belong to Lisboa, despite I was born in Brasil. I arrived in Portugal in 2015 and here were I discovered my passion - the kitchen. I am in the business for more than 6 years, formed Kitchen Management and Production in one of the most prestigious and famous Touristic and Gastronomic schools in Portugal - Escola de Hotelaria. As a passionate student who always wanted to learn more, I've been in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and recently In Napoles at Verace Pizza Napolinata, learning how to make the worlds famous Napolitan pizza. 
My passion is to bring a smile through the kitchen, family and traditional or more modern and a little bit sophisticated, but always with a warm and special touch - mine. 
I want that each guest that came here to our home feels himself welcomed and in love with the good and quality food, as myself.
