I like to cook the tradition, but also more. The ingredients are genuine, carefully chosen. The vegetables from my organic garden, the eggs from my chicken coop are the basis of many preparations such as fresh fettuccine. I will be happy to welcome my guests first and then friends, in my spacious veranda in the garden, all surrounded by greenery in the characteristic Sicilian style, from the furniture to the bright and cheerful colors as I am.

My name is Antonella, I love culinary tradition and especially the Mediterranean cuisine. This year I had the pleasure of cooking in the 8 Italian legs of the Tour of Italy by sailboat organized by the Navy. With great excitement in the La Maddalena leg, I cooked for an event aboard the Amerigo Vespucci. I experienced another great emotion for the gala evening in Venice, in the salon of the squadrons at the historic arsenal. 
Cooking for me means bringing memories to the table that tell about people and traditions, in fact I opened my association "bonaeboné" for this very reason. Most of the products I bring to the table come from my garden, in fact it is an organic family production at km 0. 
I live in harmony with nature and I love company and especially people who, like me, love to taste new foods. I like to challenge myself so as to get better and better.
