APPETIZER 

Maniçoba

   Maniçoba is a typical dish from the Brazilian Amazon, it is celebrated as the queen of the forest meal. Its preparation takes 7 days to reach the perfect cooking point. In its ingredients are present, the crushed and cooked cassava leaf, meats, chorizo and other smoked foods.
It is without a doubt one of the most delicious foods in the world.

Maniçoba basically teaches us 3 things:
1- Patience.
2- Beauty is not everything.
3- And... If Life has made you ugly, try to be delicious.
:)seasoned with onions, cumin and garlic.
(served with a salad and white rice)

I'm Brazilian and I live in Porto, Portugal. I have a fantastic apartment with lots of plants and sunlight. It has been carefully looked after so that all my guests feel comfortable.
