Salumi, Cheese, Focaccia and home made Vegetable in oil.
I do my Focaccia using my grandmother's receipt. 
I let my focaccia rise all night and another two hours the following morning

I inveted the shape of this pasta and I use burnt wheat. The pasta is topped with rocket, burrata, tomatoes and marzotica ricotta

My name is Ezia, but my friend call me "Zezzia, Eziuccia, Ezy, Ez, Eziolina, Eziè.."

I love cooking and being in company.

In my dinners I try to convey the warmth of home and a sense of family.

I worked as a project manager in Food and Beverage sector, but my dream has always been "to be my own entrepreneur".
So I bravely quit my job and opened a domestic food business "Il Nido di zia Ezia".

Mine is a traditional cuisine, to which, however, I always add something special, using products of the highest quality.

I have three beautiful nieces, I love, but I like to pretend to be everyone's aunt, taking care of each one when I cook.
