I will welcome you in my grandma’s apartment to show you our art of simply cooking delicious recipes. They may seem challenging and complicated but.. will unexpectedly turn out to be really easy. Our approach to recipes reflects the way my beloved grandma used to cook: we will focus on the true tastes by using fewer ingredients but with excellent quality. Besides, getting the exact measurements will not be our priority, because I will train you on using your senses when cooking.
In details, during this 4-hour lesson you will:

- First, get a typical Italian aperitif to warm up

- Second, make a delicious tiramisù, following my granny's authentic recipe. You can choose to make:

- Third, pasta time! I will teach you how to make carbonara spaghetti from scratch. The process of making fresh pasta will be the heart of the class. Alongside with spaghetti, I will show you other pasta shapes from the same dough 

At the end, you can finally taste the fruit of your work with local red wine. After the lesson, I will make myself sure that you'll be able to replicate this typical Italian lunch/dinner at home to impress your guests. You will come back home with detailed recipes, beautiful photos and unforgettable memories.
