Zizo and Zaya were both raised in war torn countries which compelled them to travel and live abroad. They have traveled individually and collectively to more than 60 countries and have lived in the Americas, East Europe, the Levant, Africa, Asia and finally decided to settle in the south of France. We combine our home recipes with local flavours and prepare locally sourced farm to table regional ingredients in simple yet very tasty and healthy tapas sharing style dishes and desserts.
