Fresh and filled pasta: cooking lesson and dinner near Cefalù

We will enjoy an aperitif of local products, cheeses with honey and jam, crostini with marinated anchovies and guacamole sauce, and with Nebrodi cured meats, while admiring a splendid sunset over the sea.  It will continue with a typical Sicilian dinner with local products. You will taste traditional Sicilian dishes. Francesca and I love cooking and we involve our guests in a food and wine journey. We will cook pasta extemporaneously in order to provide a visual as well as a taste experience.We focus on cooking as a time for gathering and cheerfulness and this is very much appreciated by our guests.

I love cooking and above all cooking typical Sicilian dishes, I prepare fresh egg pasta and stuffed pasta, for this I organize cooking Class where my guests learn how to make pasta.  The relation with the guests is exclusive as they come to my house as guests but leave as friends.
