This festive season, Chef Fergus invites you to the beautiful St Stephen church in Notting Hill. He will be serving up a festive inspired modern-global 10-course tasting menu. Expect bold flavours, bright colours, theatrics and familiar ingredients served in unfamiliar ways!

After a year of private cheffing to billionaires, celebrities and even royalty, Chef Fergus returns to his passion project Alkemio Kitchen, to push the bar further on how many different influences, cuisines, techniques and flavours can be gracefully woven into a dining experience.

Fergus spent the majority of his life as a passionate home chef, until his late 20's when stepped into a professional kitchen for the first time. Hooked on the buzz of a busy service, his demands for experimentation exceeded what is practical in a typical restaurant. Leading to the birth of his own venture, ‘Alkemio Kitchen’, a supper club serving experimental dishes in his hometown. 

The Alkemio in ‘Alkemio Kitchen’ comes from the Esperanto spelling for alchemy. Esperanto being a language that is constructed out of several world languages. A language with no real home. In a similar manner, Fergus aims to take inspiration from cuisines across the world. His dishes combine ingredients, flavour profiles and formats in ways you have not seen before, all the while elevating each dish with expert technique and presentation to make it unforgettable!
