Chef Fran's 2023 supperlcub is here! You are invited for a 3-course seasonal supperclub in South London this January.

The menu is inspired by the very best locally-sourced seasonal British winter produce, focusing on flavour, texture, colour and innovation. Eating vegan food doesn't need to be boring, and she hopes this menu will show you that vegan food is a lot more interesting that you might think. 

Eating seasonally is so important, especially when there are so many amazing fruits and vegetables to choose from, grown within our shores. Fran's menu showcases her favourite seasonal British veg, giving it life with an added spike of flavour. Charred miso onion, wild mushrooms and slow roasted pear are some of the in season veg you can expect to find on your plate.

My food philosophy is to create meals that are delicious using high quality ingredients first and foremost, with the fact that it is vegan a secondary afterthought. If you are interested in trying more plant based cuisine or have been following a vegan lifestyle for a while, I would love to be able to cook for you in the comfort of your own home for you and your loved ones.

I have always loved to cook but decided to make it my profession at the beginning of 2020 when I enrolled in the Plant Based Culinary Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu in London. The course was fantastic for my professional development and really ignited a fire in me for cooking, I knew from then on I had to be working as a Chef. 

Having worked in kitchens throughout my teens, I knew that this time, I wanted to take a more freelance and self employed approach. I started working with private clients, catering for dinner parties, canapés events and larger parties. I love the freedom that being a private chef brings, I design my own menus which allows me to be creative and forward thinking in terms of what I cook. I love being able to work for myself and have creative control over my business. 

During last year I started hosting supper clubs. I really enjoy being able to bring my food to a wider audience, that might not otherwise have the opportunity to hire a private chef. So please do come and join me at my next supper club!
