When I worked as a Private Chef in New York City, I was always asked if I eat Indian food at home everyday. And I'd proudly say yes. But it's not how everyone pictures it. I tweak it a little. No messy hands, copious amounts of curry and tummy aches after. Instead, it's inspired by everyday Indian flavours, spices, and the traditional ways to cook at home. And once served, it comes together as a balanced healthy meal.

We will learn one Indian-inspired curry + trimmings, and transform all of that into a delicious bowl of your dreams. Cooking is my passion, and feeding others, a privilege. 
Professional by day, and private chef at night, I cooked my way through a private chef business in New York City for 5 years prior to moving to London. I owned and ran the 29. Private Kitchen - a social dining movement focused on small private events, collaborative popup dinners & interactive supperclubs. The idea? To re-create Indian flavours into a contemporary small plate tasting menu, thus disrupting the known state of Indian dining. I now run a monthly supperclub in central London, doing what I do best-  use food as medium to create conversations and connections around a dinner table.
