Bologna food and wine tour 

Federico welcomes you into his kitchen to get a taste of Italian local life. In his cozy candle-lit living room (with AC for those host summer days) you will start with an aperitivo and his delicious homemade pizza. For main course you will learn how to make different kinds of typical Bolognese pasta with two sauces, ragu (Bolognese sauce) and fresh cherry tomato sauce.

Learn how to turn a simple egg into a real dish starting from scratch! Federico will teach you all his chef's secrets and guide you through the dough making process. Throughout the class, you'll enjoy some of Italy's best wine, learn the story behind each bottle and understand how to pair the perfect wine with the right food. Finish off the meal with his grandma's traditional tiramisu!
