Milan is the city of opportunities, shopping, fashion and cuisine. I have had a great passion for cooking since I was a child and I will host you in my home to prepare together the most representative dish of the city: risotto and ossobuco.

You will learn the preparation techniques of risotto from roasting to creaming, preparation of meat, veal ossobuco, and plating.We will start with the toasting of the risotto, and then proceed with the slow cooking with the specially prepared broth, the processing of the saffron and finally the matecatura. In the meantime we will prepare the veal ossobuco and proceed with the cooking.

At the end you will take a seat in my room and you will be able to taste the prepared dishes accompanied by a good local wine and as a surprise ending I will serve you the inevitable dessert at the end of the meal.
