Join Tine and Ale for an Italian-colored orecchiette class! They have planned a fun and interactive pasta workshop and will welcome you like Italian family.

You will first learn about the different kinds of flour, how exactly to use eggs and water, humidity percentage, cooking times and how to shape orecchiette. Then you'll get involved and make your own! Make sure to bring a container to take your food home in. 

This warm and welcoming environment is the perfect place for you to spend your Sunday!

Hello lovely food Community 🌈 🌱
We are Tina & Ale, both from south Italy but living and working in Amsterdam since 2017. As we never lost the connection with our roots and culture, we want to share with you the feeling of growing up in Italy. Sure enough, during our childhood, we were used to waking every Sunday morning with the smell of fresh pasta.

We are organising a fun and interactive pasta workshop in a modern and social way. You will feel the love and the welcome of an Italian family. There will be moments of hands-on, laughing, talking and getting to know each other. Our doors are open to everyone, so feel free to join and share it with friends :)
