I used to work in tech, but my passion has always been gathering people around a fire, sharing a nice moment and delicious food. I'm in love of the ritual of cooking around a fire, that relaxed and slow gathering that lasts way past the food is gone. Being a native Argentinian I was born and raised in the culture of the "asado" (started grilling at the age of 7!), and I made it my mission to bring it to this side of the ocean.
