Looking to escape the busy streets of Paris? Siblings Gaby and Carlos are passionate cooks with a well equipped kitchen space designed just for their cooking classes. With them, or one of their team, you will learn how to make famous French macarons. Lean the history of macarons and the secrets to making the perfect one! 

In pairs you will learn how to make a chocolate ganache filling, how to make the shells using the Italian meringue method, and finally, how to assemble the little treats. Enjoy your macarons with a hot cup of tea or coffee before heading back out to explore Paris!

This French cooking class can be privatized for family gatherings, anniversaries, corporate events or birthdays.

We are Gaby & Carlos siblings with a common passion: FOOD.

Since 2016, we have developed joyful French baking & cooking classes for families.

A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation. 

Our goal is to simply embellish this idea and shared passion for cooking by giving to families tools to learn so that in the near future they can re-create those recipes at any time, for which we are certain you will end up having your own Petit Chef! at home :)
