Did you know that in the South of France Pain au Chocolat is called Chocolatine? Learn fun facts about Croissants and Pains au Chocolat as you get your hands dirty making your very own.  

Siblings Gaby and Carlos are passionate cooks with a well equipped kitchen space just for their cooking classes. With them, or one of their team, you will learn how to make famous French croissants and Pains au Chocolat. Learn the history of these pastries and the secrets to making the perfect one! 

In pairs you will learn how to make the dough & incorporate butter to build layers (aka Pâte Feuilletée) as well how to shape both pastries. Then take a seat and enjoy your creations with a cup of coffee or tea.

We are Gaby & Carlos siblings with a common passion: FOOD.

Since 2016, we have developed joyful French baking & cooking classes for families.

A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation. 

Our goal is to simply embellish this idea and shared passion for cooking by giving to families tools to learn so that in the near future they can re-create those recipes at any time, for which we are certain you will end up having your own Petit Chef! at home :)
