Enjoy homemade recipes that Agnes collected along her spiritual journey. Share a meal together, along with the intention to be present. Here you will practice mindful eating, an important skill for us all. No experience is required. 

You'll learn how to appreciate your food, followed by 15 minutes of silent eating, practicing mindfulness with each bite. You will  have the opportunity to look, smell and notice the texture and taste of each bite. Then you chat, socialize and have fun!

My name is Agnes and I'm Japanese-Brazilian, born in Brazil. My fondest memories are around the stove with my Japanese father cooking fusion meals, while my Brazilian mother cut fresh flowers from the garden and set a beautiful table for lunch.

My Turkish/German partner share similar values of celebrating life through meals. When my father passed away last year, it was the push I needed to share my love for hosting and cooking with others, while offering tasty recipes that were passed down through generations.
