We will meet in the heart of the historic center of Naples, in Piazza Dante (easily reachable by subway), and I will take you to the historic building "Ruffo di Bagnara", where the multifunctional cultural center hosting our meeting is located.
I will immediately welcome you with a snack prepared by me with typical Neapolitan products, and while you taste it, I will introduce you to the Neapolitan culinary tradition and describe the products you are savoring. Then we will immediately get to work preparing a "Neapolitan tempura", which is a mix of "street food" fritters of vegetables and fish.
Then we will move on to the preparation of a pasta dish: our "pastasciutta" is very famous all over the world, but not everyone knows our "pasta soups", which are really the basis of our daily home cooking.
We will then prepare another must of everyday cuisine: meatballs, which we will characterize with the accompaniment of seasonal vegetables that so characterize Neapolitan tables.
So, everyone at the table! We will savor our creations accompanied by excellent local wine. But the meal cannot end without tasting a good Neapolitan dessert accompanied by a traditional coffee.
The dishes we will prepare will fully introduce you to Neapolitan traditions, but with a touch of contemporary cuisine as well.

My experience and passion for cooking, combined with my Neapolitan culture, make me the ideal person to offer an authentic and exciting experience of Neapolitan cuisine. With over 25 years of experience as a chef in different parts of Europe, I have acquired a solid culinary technique that allows me to explore the gastronomic traditions of the world and transmit them to my guests.
I am convinced that cooking is a meeting ground and a cultural exchange, and I like to meet people of different nationalities to share my passion for food and culinary culture. For the past three years, I have shifted the focus of my activity outside the four walls of a restaurant, meeting guests more directly in various locations, proposing formulas that are based on conviviality and the experience of sharing a meal together.
My experience and love for Neapolitan cuisine, combined with my ability to relate to people, make me the ideal person to offer an authentic and engaging culinary experience.
