I'm from the Valencian Community and have been living in Madrid for six years, initially working as a lawyer. However, my passion for cooking led me to change course and pursue culinary training. Growing up in a family with a deep appreciation for gastronomy, wine, and local products, I developed a love for traditional dishes from Valencia, learning to cook alongside my grandmother. My parents also instilled in me a sense of culinary exploration, taking me to a wide variety of restaurants and bars every week. Even at a young age, I savored raw oysters and clams! 

Inspired by my desire to share my knowledge and experiences, I decided to turn my passion into a profession - Now, I specialize in creating exclusive culinary experiences in Madrid (Gourmet Tapas Tasting & Local Market Shopping; Curated Culinary Tours; Olive Oil Tasting: Private Cooking Classes...), sharing the richness of Spanish culture and gastronomy. I also very passionate about the educational and healthy side of food.
