well, to tell you the truth I was not in my early youth of home hand made fresh pasta but my mother did.
So, it was probably her habit that impressed flashes and now my sons eat only home hand made pasta.
I so fond of this ancient tradition that I gave some lessons to my German and Irish group of guest and we had very good time!

I prefer writing in English, so everybody can understand me! Well, I am mother of three marvellous sons,my husband is a lawyer and we have a beautiful flat in Nola where each member of the family hides himself from time to time.It's elegant and confortable.I'm very interested in everything concearning universe,the meaning of life,antropology,psychoterapy, quanto physics and mathematics. My passion is rock :Freddie Mercury, Led Zeppelin,RHCP and Muse! As true Neapolitan I like sea and sun and I love Ischia,my second homeland! I cook very well, so someone believe!! I cook ancient typical meals of Neapolitan tradition ,only hand made fresh pasta (gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli),typical ancient neapolitan ragù,polpette,and pastiera!! I like so much knowing people who can enlarge my horizons!It's why I decide to sign and to join you!!
I already experienced hosting foreigner people and we had really good time above all in lessons of home made pasta!!
