In this cooking class, you'll learn how to make fettuccine, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and gnocchi from scratch, that you'll then enjoy for dinner with your host.
• Learn how to make handmade pasta that will be topped with Ragout for the gnocchi, Gricia for the ravioli, and sauce with mushrooms and Pachino for the fettuccine, and enjoy your creations for dinner (as well as a few snacks while you cook!) • Wine and digestif are included • The home is very close to the 'Riserva naturale dell'Insugherata' • Communal cooking class and dining for up to 8 people • Sara was born in Rome and has lived there her whole life! Her specialty is her grandmother's recipe for homemade pasta
About your host, Sara: "My passion for cooking started as a child when my mother came home late from work and prepared Minestrina with cheese, cooked ham and puree...As soon as I could use the stove, I started to try recipes and I learned to cook, and from then my passion was born."

FETTUCCINE WITH PACHINO AND MUSHROOMS
We will eat the fettuccine prepared together with pachino and mushrooms
GNOCCHI WITH MEAT SAUCE' We will eat the gnocchi prepared with the ragù prepared by me
RAVIOLI RICOTTA AND SPINACI WITH GRICIA We will eat the ricotta ravioli prepared together seasoned with parmesan and pecorino crispy bacon

This was a great experience. We really enjoyed our time. We got to be apart of the cooking process, the food was delicious, and it was a great experience. There were some unexpected treats prior to dinner, the dinner was the perfect amount, and it was fun. Thank you for hosting.
It was a great and very valuable experience! Sara's place was wonderfully pleasant as is she as a person- we talked a lot during cooking and she also gave us a lot of tips about good places to eat in Rome. As for the pasta making, it was absolutely awesome and delightful, which also resulted in a great lunch! Thank you a lot, Sara. Lots of love from Slovakia! :)
The cooking lesson with Sara was the best! She showed me how to cook the main Italian courses and showed lots of "kitchen" tips. Sara is very friendly and nice person. We have indeed comprehensive lesson, and after that had the great dinner together. Sara is very caring, after the dinner I was given the mini-book with recipes and Italian gift.
