Learn how to make and then feast on: prawn dumplings (Har Gow), Siu Mai (open, steamed pork & prawn dumplings), Gyoza/potstickers and Jiao Zi
Wash down the dumplings with some Chinese tea
Cooking class and dumplings for up to 6 people

We had a splendid experience at Paula's cooking class. She made us feel most welcome and was attentive and hospitable. Our session was a great blend of learning practical skills as well as information on the culture and history of Dim Sum (as well as Chinese cooking in general). Our class was intimate but this enabled us to converse a lot with Paula and to get to know the other classmates as well. Overall, very enjoyable and lots and lots of tasty food to eat!

Really great class! I would definitely recommend it if you have fast and nimble fingers otherwise it could take a while! :) Thanks Paula!
