A quintessential Spanish tapa found everywhere in Spain, made with simple ingredients: potatoes, eggs, onions and salt. Delicious and suitable for many occasions
Setas al Ajillo (mushrooms with garlic, olive oil, parsley and lemon juice)
Quick to make, during this class we explore this simple dish to impart a lot of basic cooking knowledge, with an emphasis on technique
