All produce is locally sourced from the food market
Dinner will be followed by a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony that involves roasting the raw green coffee beans, brewing the coffee in special clay jugs and a mouth-watering dessert
The supper club will take place in Shepherd's Bush Food Market - one of London's oldest food markets

Starter Delina special vegetarian rolls with homemade lemon and herb and green chilli & herb dip (vegan options available)
Main Course Traditional Ethiopian Tibs - sauteed aromatic lamb with rosemary, red onion and cherry tomatoes served with slow-cooked red onions, berbere spice and spiced butter in a thick blend of flavourful stew
Vegetarian & Vegan option Spiced lentils, chia seeds and teff protein loaf, spinach, potatoes, chickpeas, mince, avocado and kidney beans with quinoa and brown lentils
All served with basmati rice and enjera - and Ethiopian homemade sourdough flatbread made from the gluten-free superfood grain teff
Dessert & Coffee Ceremony Followed by a coffee ceremony that involves roasting the raw green coffee beans, brewing the coffee in special clay jugs and traditional dessert

The event did not happen because of a lack of enough people. I was not offered a refund or some form of reimbursement. There was no response even though I tried contacting Nazareth twice.
Super nice, I warmly recommend it! Nazareth was very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely cooking class together
