Guests will be greeted at the church entrance with a home-brewed kombucha cocktail and canapés
Guests will take a pew for an innovative 10-course fine-dining style taster menu (see below) - colourful, vibrant, autumnal dishes with bold flavour combinations

Fergus spent the majority of his life as a passionate home chef, until his late 20's when stepped into a professional kitchen for the first time. He quickly got hooked on the buzz of a busy service, but also to need to explore and experiment far more then what is practical in a typical restaurant. Toward the end of 2019 he decided do induce his own baptism of fire, by launching a supper club serving a taster menu of experimental dishes in his home town. Alkemio is actually the Esperanto spelling for alchemy, Esperanto was a language that was constructed out of the world's languages and had no real home. Fergus aims to take inspiration from cuisine across the world, combining ingredients, flavour profiles and formats in ways you have not seen before, all the while elevating each dish with technique and presentation to make it unforgettable!

This is the second of Ferg's Supper Clubs that I have attended and already can't wait for the next! The food is so innovative, creative, exciting and intriguing and while I'm always sad to finish my plate because I've enjoyed each one so much, I'm always looking forward to the next one! The atmosphere at the church was different and really cool and relaxed and the ambience perfectly set. I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening as did my five friends and really can't wait to go back. The staff were all very friendly and the chef himself even came round to the tables to chat with everyone which I though was a really nice touch.

I attended one of Alkemio Kitchen’s dinners and it was amazing!The environment was very good and I had a lot of fun but obviously I want to highlight the food. It was sooo good, you could see that every single part of the meal was thought and planned thoroughly but also very well executed. So many layers of flavours perfectly put together… seriously amazing. It was a great experience and money very well spent! Will definitely book one again
