I'd like to share authentic Mexican dishes along with some history of my country as well as stories of the food I'll be preparing. For me, achieving connections with people and between them is key to bring a create memories. So, I truly believe that combining all elements will convey a rich experience to the community. At this particular event, I want to honour my Grandmother's cuisine and my years of childhood at her neverending warm kitchen. Using the incredible local and fresh resources the sea of Amsterdam offers, the experience will be a marriage between my childhood in Mexico and my Dutch present and future.
