I left my finance job to become an entrepreneur and gastro space owner. I founded Borganika where we offer organic food and wine pairing dinners and cooking courses. Sustainability and nature-oriented thinking is very important to me. 

There are 2 women in my life whom I can be grateful for my cooking knowledge. My recipes are the memories of my grandmother and the other excellent chef is my Mom, who is also my co-host in these experiences.
