My husband and I along with 2 of our friends thoroughly enjoyed not only the excellent, delicious meal prepared by Cristina, but also the relaxed atmosphere. We even met new friends at the dinner party. Cristina was so very welcoming into her home. It was our first night in Rome, and a fantastic way to begin our vacation. Thanks Cristina !!
Great experience overall! Christina was a lovely host, very friendly and welcoming. She was an excellent teacher and patient with us. In addition to the class, Christina had many great recommendations for places to visit, and places to eat. 5/5 would recommend anyone for this experience! Thank you again :)

We had a wonderful experience with Cristina, she has so much passion for food, family and Italy. We enjoyed the conversation as well as all the beautiful courses that were prepared. Everything was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommended this experience to anyone wanting a unique night in Rome!
Christina was alone snd very friendly. The table was set in a very simple way, not even with a cloth or placemats. The appetizers were permagiano regiano with honey, beans and "pita" bread. My friends who tasted the beans said that it was as if was opened from a can.
For main corse we had a potatoes salad with octapus (and we asked for fish), not realy salted enough, a big barely "risoto" bowl which was good, meatballs in tomatoes sauce, (the sauce was good but the balls were very hard), and cicoria salad. For desert we had a ball of granita in coffee flavour with wippcream. The wine which accompanied the meal was very cheap by taste. We didn't have coffee/tea or a cake.
Christina emphsized many times that we are eating a very simple Roman dinner, with basic ingridients as were used for generations.
First, the food was not so good and tasty. Second , how come that we paid a lot of money, as in a very good restaurant and got a very basic and simple dinner?
Even the wine was bad. It seems that there was not a passion or a good knowlege of cooking that was invested in this meal.
