This cooking class in Rome will teach you the right cooking techniques to make your own Italian homemade pasta. After our pasta making class, you will definitely be able to surprise your friends with new skills and delicious meals!
As a guest, you will prepare your meal guided by my help, after which we will experience our “masterpieces” together during a lovely dinner. Our pasta making class is all about having a good time while learning about food and dining in Rome, and relaxing over a friendly meal with good conversation! It is possible to customize the lesson, just ask and I'd be happy to make changes.
It is also possible to plan a classic three-course menu, with a first course, a main course (meat-based) and a dessert, for the same price or preparing two pastas and a dessert.
When eating in Rome, a dinner is not complete without a bottle of wine! As such, a simple wine will be served during the dinner. For special wines, it is possible to discuss it in advance.

The class starts at 5 pm to have dinner at 8 pm

We had a really nice afternoon at Francesca's house. We got our hands dirty from the beginning, we learned several tips on how to make it and then we were delighted with so many flavors. I haven't stopped thinking about this lunch since then. Not to mention the wine she served us. So good! I highly recommend this experience!
We had a wonderful experience. Small group of six so was able to participate in preparing the meal. Food was delicious!
We had booked another EatWith event that wound up cancelling. I'm so glad my wife and I found Francesca's booking to be available. A very good evening learning about pasta making from Francesca. We enjoyed her hospitality and friendliness explaining the items. Another group was with us for the event for a total of 5 people and nice to have the interaction thru the night. Excellent event, and recommend to others.
We had a wonderful evening learning, cooking and eating. Francesca taught us how to make 3 different pastas. Once prepared and cooked she sat us down for a 3 course (all pastas!) meal. Each course was paired with wine and was our best meal in Rome. I highly recommend cooking class with Francesca!
