We will welcome you in our Penthouse in the historical district o Testaccio. Here you will learn how to prepare the dough and handmade fresh pasta, such as Fettuccine, Pappardelle and Lasagnette. Also, we will teach you how to make Ravioli and Tortellini stuffed pasta. After the cooking class, we will seat together to eat the pasta you have prepared, seasoned with three different sauces. The pasta will be accompanied by unlimited white and red wine and a dessert will be offered to close the meal! * If you would prefer to organize the cooking class at dinner time, just ask me!
