Expand your knowledge of french cooking with Ivan's French Connection menu. Learn to make four dishes followed by a sit-down dinner to enjoy what you've created!

• 2 hours of preparation and cooking followed by 1 hr sit down lunch or dinner. Wine is on the house!
• Culinary studio located in the heart of Greenwich Village in a classic turn of the century apartment
• Separate European style dining room which accommodate up to 8 people sitting at the communal table

About your host: Ivan is a pro chef from Italy currently living in the United States. He is a Master Chef in Italian Cuisine certified by Academia Barilla. Ivan has been nominated Best Chef America 3 years in a row and have been published on the New York Times and other national publications numerous times.
