Chef José Jara from the North of Spain will be showcasing Northern Spanish cuisine across six diligently crafted plates, a pop-up supper club hosted at a secret Crouch End.
Passionate about cooking from a young age, Chef Jara cut his teeth working under two of the most prestigious Spanish chefs, Martin Berasategui (3 Michelin Star) in the Basque Country and Santi Santamaria (3 Michelin Star) in Catalonia; where his love affair with northern Spanish cookery began. His journey took him from the North of Spain to Restaurant Sabores in the south of the country where he took the role of Head Chef for a few years before his move to London.
