The menu consists of 5 steps, all of them to be enjoyed listening to good music. We will start by tasting Coalho cheese accompanied by three sorts of jam from the Atlantic coast - exotic even to Brazilians. We then serve a fresh salad made of tomatoes, cucumber and fresh coconut lied on a bed of couscous. The main course is a Thai chicken curry, with banana and pinches of pistachios served with black rice with a crust of cashew nut. For the sweetest moment of the night, minicheesecakes with Luso-Brazilian or Amazonian dessert toppings. You will not leave our place without tasting one of the best coffees in Brazil grown in Chapada Diamantina-Bahia (alternatively lemon grass tea) and a plate of brazilian candies.
