Autumn and winter are the perfect time to join me for dinner in Normandy. The cuisine of Normandy is perhaps best known for apples. The vast majority of France's apples are grown and Normandy. During your dinner, some of the dishes, including the famous Normandy Apple Tart. Camembert cheese, another product of Normandy, will be featured, as well apple brandy. Known as "applejack" in the United States, apple brandy also originated in France.
