We are Chen (29), Alon (29) and Beeri (1)- A Jerusalem family who love to cook, host and drink wine. Our cooking is based on ancient recipies from jewish- north african cuisine, but uses fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. During the event we perform SHABAT ceremony, and explain about different jewish traditions. We host (and live) in a 130 years old beautiful house in one of the most ancient neighborhood in modern jerusalem. SHABAT SHALOM!

Chicken cooked with onion for hours until falling from the bone, Served with white rice and TANZIA- roast almonds and raisins.
Beef with spinach and fresh fava beans, fried eggplant and potatoes.
Meringue with coconut cream and fresh seasonal fruits.
