I have p traveling through Latin America in search of the best chocolate and in the course tasted some amazing meals. I am a trained chocolatier/chocolate maker who loves to eat. I will prepare my favorite tapas from Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Puerto Rico ... and each will carry a hint of chocolate!

I was born in California and raised by farmers who create everything from scratch and grow their own vegetables, fruits, herbs, ... kill chickens, goats, pigs ... any other edible beasts. Before moving to São Paulo a few months ago, San Francisco was my home (The Mission District), and it is there where I learned to make chocolate and began to host EatWith dinners.
I am taking Portuguese classes but I am not bom yet. I will be speaking mostly (89%) english.
