Learn how to make a paper thin, melt in your mouth home made pasta and enjoy the tagliatelle you prepared for lunch.
LESSON 1.30 minutes - After introducing different flours and doughs briefly, we will discuss some urban legends about pasta making and learn some tips to make it very thin and light. Every guest will be having their own working spot and will be preparing enough pasta for two people.
LUNCH 1 hour - We will then cook the tagliatelle we just made and enjoy them together. Pasta will be seasoned with a homemade sauce that I will have already prepared. We will be having tagliatelle with a side dish of veggies, a jar of fluffy tiramisu and an illy coffee.
