Our hands-on cooking classes will bring you to the culinary wealth of Spain and Andalusia. Our workshops last about 3 - 3.5 hours and our professional Chef will teach you how to cook traditional meals. The classes are very entertaining !
We will prepare sangria for the group so that you get to know each other. The menu changes week to week depending on the season and available products: we will prepare a menu of 4 tapas: a starter that can be a cold soup such as Gazpacho, Salmorejo or Ajoblanco. Then tapas like "huevos a la flamenca", tortilla de patata (spanish omellete), spinach with chickpeas, prawns in garlic oil, "carrillada"- porkcheacks stew, etc. We can adapt the menu to dietary restrictions (pleas,e just let us know your needs).
Sangría and olives will be on the table while we cook and we will also offer 2 drinks (beer or glass of wine) during the meal.
One back home, you will be able to practice what you learnt. We will give you a note with all the recipes...
The apron ready for you!
Although this workshop takes place evenings, you can join us on our Triana market tour in the morning, when we buy the freshest ingredients. Our kitchen is located right inside the market!
