Sugar&Salt brings you on a food trip to Cambodia with a 7-course menu. You will be welcomed with a cocktail and a canape. The menu offers a lots fresh vegetable, fragrant herbs and spices, char-coaled dishes, curry and varieties of rice. A few of the highlights of the menu are BBQ-ed king prawns with chive oil served with 5 different herbs. Banana blossom salad, poached corn fed chicken with home made chili sauce. Saramann curry with lotus stem .For desert we serve a mango and pineapple compote, passion fruit mousse and coconut crumble. After dinner there will be ginger tea and home made chocolates.
