Refreshing Daikon Salad
Shredded Japanese radish and a variety of in season vegetables with sesame dressing.
Misty Morning Sashimi
Catch of the day fish chosen by Chef Shin (selection of tuna, salmon, kingfish, spanish mackerel etc.).
Deep fried sushi rice topped with spicy tuna.
Various nigiri sushi made with catch of the day.
Smoked mackerel and cucumber topped with guacamole.
Summer Cool Breeze Roll
Slices of white fish and salmon with Japanese shiso leaf wrapped in rice paper with wasabi aioli.
Vegetable roll with sliced white fish topped with a pinch of yuzu pepper and garnished with a sliver of apple.
Selection of prawn tempura maki topped with sliced salmon, crab mix, or spicy tuna and a touch of chili sauce.
