I'm a food engineer by day and a Chef by nights (and weekends). My life is all about eating! I love everything that LA has to offer from plentiful Farmer's markets to culturally diverse food scenes. But I am also inspired by the Mediterranean Riviera from the coast of Italy to France....olive oil, herbs, and the bountiful produce. At my Table, my guests travel from California to the Mediterranean. Of course, you may experience flashes of Vietnamese (my heritage) and Mexican (we live in LA!).
I believe that a meal is not just about the food but about the people and stories shared. We'd love to hear yours!
