We create culinary memories here at Balboa - through thoughtfully created menus that are both seasonally and locally inspired. Each event is a custom creation by Chef Alex Garfinkel, or a collaboration with another guest chef. All produce is sourced locally when available and all proteins are chosen responsibly from within our food shelf.
Each dinner is complemented by in house bread service, an amuse bouche and a welcome cocktail pairing.
