There is not a better way to start a mexican dinner than with an aperitif to whet your appetite, so we will start our meal savoring a good MEZCAL or TEQUILA, mezcal served with oranges slices and the tequila served in bandera style
- As first course you will enjoy a MUSHROOM and SQUASH SOUP, cooked with homemade tomatoe sauce which gives to soup an extraordinary flavor.
- The main course is PASTEL AZTECA, a mix of chile poblano ( not spicy chile ) onions, corn and chicken combined with layers of tortillas sour cream and cheese and all this have to be cooked in the oven to obtain a MEXICAN dish that you will enjoy without a doubt. PASTEL AZTECA is served with white rice, and if you want I can serve you a cold beer.
Finally the DESSERT is arroz con leche, rice pudding with Cinnamon is great way to finish our dinner. Coffee could be served; american, xpress or double xpress.
