This menu takes me back to my childhood. Waking up on the African coast to the twists of sweet and zesty aromas of my grandmother’s cooking. I want to welcome you to my home with the meal that brings me back home.
All of the ingredients I cook with are local and organic, sourced from my friends at the Civic Center neighborhood farmers market. And the spices come directly from my favorite spice merchant since my childhood, all the way in the souk (market) of Agadir, Morocco.
I hope you’ll join us for this festive night. Feel free to bring wine but definitely bring a smile. Merci!
